About Us The Swich is an initiative of the Ipswich City Council Community Development Branch in partnership with the Ipswich Youth Advisory Council. Ipswich Youth Advisory CouncilIYAC was established in March 2007 and comprises of 25 young people aged between 12-17 who actively support the growth in Ipswich. Ipswich Youth Interagency NetworkThe Ipswich Youth Interagency involves members from both government and non-government youth organisations. The group meet on the 1st Tuesday of each month in alternating venues to assist in the identification of emerging needs of young people within the region.
