Gym equipment in Suttons Park

Have you had a chance to use the gym equipment I recently installed in Suttons Park, Brassall? I've had a lot of feedback so far and would also appreciate comments from the Youth of Ipswich. Was the equipment useful? Would you benefit from having training sessions in the park with a qualified trainer? Any other comments? Bookmark/Search this post |

Hi there, I have not been to Suttons Park to be able to tell you if I'd get any benefit from it. Does it have chin-up bars? because I have packed on lots of muscle from using the Chin-up bars at Lime Stone Park! I always wanted to get a Diploma in fitness and be a Personal Trainer PT but with the amount of people joining the fitness industry today it's worthless. Most people from around the globe do not understand how the body works and how to train correctly and what is over training. So therefore I strongly encourage you to get a PT to train people in the park.
